Creator Studio Terms

Product-specific terms for the creation and submission client.

These product terms apply to Miharana Creator Studio, operated by Urticad Tech Limited (company number 16542241). They supplement the Urticad Terms of Use. If they conflict, the more specific Creator Studio term applies.

1. What Creator Studio does

Creator Studio lets a registered user create or import artwork, add metadata, and submit a work for review. It is not a marketplace and does not process a sale. Review, listing, payment, certificate issuance and any lazy mint occur in the MLibrary or main Miharana product only when Urticad accepts and publishes a work.

2. Accounts, limits and points

An account is required. Free accounts may have daily creation, sharing or submission limits. Paid plans may provide higher limits. Promotional points are a non-cash usage incentive, have no guaranteed monetary value, are not transferable, and may expire or change with notice.

3. Submission licence

When you submit a work, you grant Urticad a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable licence to host, reproduce, transform for technical delivery, watermark, review, display, promote, list and sell the submitted work through MLibrary, and to mint a certificate when a sale requires it. This licence does not transfer your copyright unless a separate written agreement says so. Rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain unaffected.

4. Review and withdrawal

Urticad may reject, pause, unlist or remove a submission for policy, legal, technical or commercial reasons. A withdrawal request is handled manually through support and is not guaranteed; it may be unavailable after listing, sale, licence delivery or minting.

5. Your promises

You must own or control the necessary rights, have permission for people and material shown, and avoid unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful content. You are responsible for the accuracy of your metadata.

1. Creator Studio 的范围

Creator Studio 供注册用户创作或导入作品、填写元数据并提交审核。它不是交易市场，也不处理销售。审核、上架、付款、证书签发及销售所需的 lazy mint 仅在 Urticad 接受并发布作品后，于 MLibrary 或 Miharana 主产品中进行。

2. 账户、额度与点数

必须注册账户。免费账户可能有每日创作、分享或提交次数限制；付费方案可能提供更高额度。推广点数是非现金使用激励，不保证具有货币价值、不可转让，并可能在通知后调整或失效。

3. 提交许可

提交作品即授予 Urticad 全球范围、免版税、不可撤销的许可，用于托管、复制、技术交付所需的转换、加水印、审核、展示、推广、通过 MLibrary 上架和销售，并在销售需要时铸造证书。除非另有书面协议，该许可不转让你的版权；法律上不可放弃的权利不受影响。

4. 审核与撤回

Urticad 可基于政策、法律、技术或商业原因拒绝、暂停、下架或移除提交。撤回须通过支持渠道人工处理，不保证一定成功；作品上架、售出、交付许可或铸造后，可能无法撤回。

5. 用户承诺

你必须拥有或控制所需权利，已获得人物及素材许可，并不得提交违法、侵权、欺骗性或有害内容；元数据的准确性由你负责。
