In short: Urticad Creator makes abstract works on your device. The store editions are free to download; Complete is a one-time purchase. The website Android edition is sold separately. The works you make are yours to use, including commercially. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
These terms apply to Urticad Creator for Android (Google Play and the website APK) and the native iOS/iPadOS edition. The app is made by URTICAD TECH LTD (company number 16542241). They supplement the Urticad Terms of Use; if the two differ, these more specific terms apply to Urticad Creator. Apple or Google purchase and usage terms also apply to purchases through their respective stores.
2. What the app does
Urticad Creator generates abstract works on your device from ten creative tools. Each work is determined by its Pattern, seed, palette, settings and format. You can save works to a collection on your device and export them as image files with a metadata file. The app has no account, cloud sync, upload, submission, mint or marketplace feature. You can use system export or sharing destinations of your choice.
3. Free features and the Complete edition
- Free store editions: previews, every palette, and Standard exports (1080 × 1620 portrait or 1620 × 1080 landscape pixels, plus metadata JSON) that carry a small watermark.
- Complete (Google Play edition): a one-time in-app purchase through Google Play, with no subscription. It unlocks Print exports (2400 × 3600 pixels) and removes the watermark from exports. The price is shown in Google Play before you buy.
- Complete (iOS/iPadOS edition): a one-time, non-consumable Apple In-App Purchase, with no subscription. It unlocks Print (2400 × 3600 portrait or 3600 × 2400 landscape pixels) and removes export watermarks. The price shown by Apple in your region before purchase applies.
- Website edition: a separate app sold on our website and unlocked by a licence code that the app checks on your device. A licence code is for your own use on devices you own or control.
Apple, Google Play and the website APK are separate purchase channels. A purchase or website code in one does not unlock another. Use Restore Purchases in the applicable store edition with the same store account; website customers keep their delivery email and code. A refunded or revoked store purchase no longer provides Complete entitlement.
4. Refunds and cancellation
For an Apple purchase, request a refund through Apple Report a Problem, under Apple’s refund guidance. For a Google Play purchase, follow Google Play’s refund policy. Eligibility depends on the platform and applicable consumer law; we can help with technical problems but cannot promise a platform will approve a refund.
For new website purchases accepting the Website Account & Purchase Terms version 1.0, those terms govern signing, payment, delivery and cancellation and take priority over conflicting purchase or account provisions here. They provide an additional full refund for requests made within 14 days after contract formation, including after download or activation. Your statutory rights remain separate. Historical website purchases retain the terms accepted for that purchase; this version does not retrospectively replace them. A receipt or order reference helps us locate a purchase but is not required for a valid cancellation request.
If the app is faulty or not as described, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, to satisfactory quality, fitness for a purpose made known to us and conformity with description. Applicable remedies include repair or replacement, price reduction or refund, and compensation for qualifying damage to your device or other digital content. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts those rights.
5. Your licence to use the app
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the app on devices you own or control, in line with these terms and the Acceptable Use rules. The app, its code, the Patterns and their algorithms, the palettes, the design and the Urticad names and logos remain ours.
6. The works you make
The works you create and export are yours to use, including commercially, as described in Your works and rights. Because the same inputs always produce the same image, we cannot promise that a work is unique or exclusive to you.
7. Your saved works
Saved works stay on your device and are removed if you uninstall the app or clear its data. We do not hold copies and cannot restore them, so keep your own copies of exports you want to keep.
8. Updates and support
We may update the app to fix problems, improve it or keep it working with supported Android, iOS/iPadOS and store services. Updates do not remove your statutory conformity rights or promise unrelated future products or a perpetual online service. See Creator Support for restoration, export and local-data help. 9. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable. We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud. Any exclusion of business losses applies only to the extent lawful and does not remove mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot be excluded.
10. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will publish the new version on this page with its version number and effective date. The terms in force when you made a purchase continue to apply to that purchase.
11. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts, and you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections where you live. Questions: wangyal@urticad.com.

- 网站版：在我们网站单独销售的应用，通过授权码解锁，授权码由应用在你的设备上验证。授权码仅供你本人在你拥有或控制的设备上使用。
Apple、Google Play 和网站 APK 是彼此独立的购买渠道。一个渠道的购买或网站授权码不会解锁另一个渠道。商店版使用原商店账户在对应版本中选择“恢复购买”；网站客户请保留发货邮件和授权码。已退款或撤销的商店购买不再提供 Complete 权益。
4. 退款与撤销
Apple 购买请通过 Apple 报告问题，按 Apple 退款指引申请退款。Google Play 购买请按 Google Play 退款政策处理。资格取决于平台政策和适用消费者法律；我们可以协助解决技术问题，但不能承诺平台批准退款。
对于接受《网站账户及购买条款》1.0 版的新网站订单，签署、付款、交付和取消由该购买条款约定；其优先于本页中冲突的购买或账户约定。该购买条款另行承诺合同成立后十四天内提出请求可获全额退款，包括已经下载或激活的情况；法定权利分别保留。历史网站订单继续适用该次购买接受的条款，本版本不会追溯替换。收据或订单编号有助于定位购买，但不是有效取消请求的条件。
如果应用存在缺陷或与描述不符，你享有英国《2015 年消费者权利法》规定的权利，包括满意质量、适合事先告知我们的用途，以及符合描述。适用救济包括修复或更换、减价或退款，以及对符合条件的设备或其他数字内容损坏的补偿。本条款不排除或限制这些权利。
5. 你使用本应用的许可
我们授予你个人的、非独占的、不可转让的许可，允许你在你拥有或控制的设备上安装和使用本应用，但须遵守本条款和使用规则。本应用及其代码、各 Pattern 及其算法、配色、设计以及 Urticad 名称和标志仍归我们所有。
6. 你创作的作品
你创作和导出的作品归你使用，包括商业用途，详见你的作品与权利。由于相同的输入总会生成相同的画面，我们无法保证某件作品是独一无二的或仅归你独占。
7. 你收藏的作品
收藏的作品保存在你的设备上；卸载应用或清除应用数据时会被删除。我们不保存副本，也无法恢复，请自行保留你想保存的导出文件。
8. 更新与支持
我们可能更新本应用，以修复问题、改进功能或保持与受支持的 Android、iOS/iPadOS 和商店服务兼容。更新不减损你关于内容符合合同的法定权利，也不承诺无关未来产品或永久在线服务。恢复购买、导出和本地数据帮助见 Creator 支持。如需帮助，请发邮件至 wangyal@urticad.com。
9. 我们对你的责任
对于因我们违反本条款或未尽合理的注意和技能而给你造成的、可合理预见的损失或损害，我们承担责任；对于不可预见的损失或损害，我们不承担责任。在法律不允许的范围内，我们不排除或限制责任，包括因我们的过失导致的死亡或人身伤害，以及欺诈。对商业损失的任何排除仅在法律允许的范围内适用，不减损强制性消费者权利或法律禁止排除的责任。
10. 条款变更
如果我们修改本条款，会在本页面发布新版本，并注明版本号和生效日期。你购买时有效的条款继续适用于该次购买。
11. 适用法律与联系方式
