Urticad Creator Acceptable Use

In short: Use the app and your works lawfully, keep licence codes to yourself, leave the purchase and licence checks alone, and do not use our names to suggest we endorse you.
1. Using your works lawfully
You are responsible for how you use the works you make. Do not use them in a way that is unlawful, defamatory or deceptive, or that infringes someone else’s rights, for example by combining a work with material you do not have permission to use.
2. Purchases, licence codes and the watermark
- Do not share, publish, sell or transfer a website-edition licence code. Each code is for the buyer’s own use.
- Do not bypass, disable or tamper with the app’s Google Play purchase, licence-code check, export limits or watermark.
3. The app itself
- Do not copy, redistribute, rent or sell the app or its installation files.
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile or modify the app, except where the law allows this despite these rules.
- Do not extract the app’s Patterns, algorithms or palettes to recreate them in another product.
4. Our names and logos
You may say that a work was made with Urticad Creator. Do not use the names or logos Urticad and Urticad Creator in a way that suggests we made, own or endorse your work, product or service.
5. No user content
The current Urticad Creator app has no uploading, in-app community sharing, submission or community features, so we do not receive or host your works. The earlier content rules for submitted works (version 0.1, Miharana Creator Studio 1.x) no longer apply.
6. If these rules are broken
For a substantiated breach, we may take proportionate action permitted by the accepted licence and law, with notice and an opportunity to contact us where appropriate. This does not remove statutory remedies, justify refusing support for our own failures or automatically revoke an unrelated valid licence.

简要说明：合法使用本应用和你的作品，授权码只供你本人使用，不要改动购买和授权验证，也不要借用我们的名称暗示我们为你背书。
1. 合法使用你的作品
你对如何使用自己创作的作品负责。不得以违法、诽谤或欺骗的方式使用作品，也不得侵犯他人的权利，例如把作品与你无权使用的素材组合在一起。
2. 购买、授权码与水印
- 不得分享、公开、出售或转让网站版授权码；每个授权码仅供购买者本人使用。
- 不得绕过、停用或篡改本应用的 Google Play 购买、授权码验证、导出限制或水印。
3. 应用本身
- 不得复制、再分发、出租或出售本应用或其安装文件。
- 不得对本应用进行逆向工程、反编译或修改，但法律明确允许的除外。
- 不得提取本应用的 Pattern、算法或配色，以在其他产品中复现它们。
4. 我们的名称与标志
你可以说明某件作品是用 Urticad Creator 创作的。不得以暗示我们制作、拥有或认可你的作品、产品或服务的方式使用 Urticad 和 Urticad Creator 的名称或标志。
5. 没有用户内容
当前 Urticad Creator 应用没有上传、应用内社区分享、投稿或社区功能，因此我们不接收也不托管你的作品。早期针对投稿作品的内容规则（0.1 版，Miharana Creator Studio 1.x）不再适用。
6. 违反本规则时
对于有证据支持的违约，我们可按已接受许可和法律采取适度措施，并在适当情况下通知及提供联系途径。这不取消法定救济，不使我们能够拒绝处理自身过失，也不自动撤销无关的有效许可。
