In short: The works you make with Urticad Creator are yours to use, including commercially, without royalty or credit. The app, its Patterns, palettes and brand stay ours. The same inputs always make the same image, so no work is guaranteed to be unique.
1. Your works
You may use, copy, print, publish, sell and license the works you create and export with Urticad Creator, for personal or commercial purposes, without paying us a royalty and without crediting us. We do not claim ownership of your works, and the app does not send them to us.
2. No guarantee of uniqueness
Every work is determined by its Pattern, seed, palette, settings and format, and anyone who uses the same inputs will produce the same image. Other people may also make similar works. We therefore cannot grant or promise exclusivity, and you should not describe a work as unique or one of a kind on our behalf. How far a generated work is protected by copyright depends on the law where you use it; we make no promise about the protection your works have.
3. What stays ours
The app, its code, the creative tools and their algorithms, the palettes, the gallery labels and other text in the app, the design, and the names and logos Urticad and Urticad Creator belong to URTICAD TECH LTD. Using your works does not give you any rights in these. You may say that a work was made with Urticad Creator, but you may not use our names or logos in a way that suggests we endorse you or your work.
4. Exports and metadata
Each export includes a metadata file that records the Pattern, seed, palette, settings, format, a file checksum and the time of export. It helps you keep a record of how a work was made and contains no personal data. The app does not create certificates, tokens or any on-chain record.
5. Earlier versions
Version 0.1 of this page described submissions, buyer licences and certificates in Miharana Creator Studio 1.x. The current Urticad Creator app has no submission or sale features, so that earlier text no longer applies.

本应用及其代码、各创作工具及其算法、配色、应用中的展签和其他文字、设计，以及 Urticad 和 Urticad Creator 名称与标志，均归 URTICAD TECH LTD 所有。使用你的作品并不授予你对上述内容的任何权利。你可以说明某件作品是用 Urticad Creator 创作的，但不得以暗示我们为你或你的作品背书的方式使用我们的名称或标志。
4. 导出与元数据
每次导出都会附带一个元数据文件，记录 Pattern、种子、配色、参数、画幅、文件校验值和导出时间，便于你保留作品的创作记录，其中不含个人数据。本应用不会生成证书、代币或任何链上记录。
5. 早期版本
本页面 0.1 版描述的是 Miharana Creator Studio 1.x 中的投稿、买家许可和证书。当前 Urticad Creator 应用没有投稿或销售功能，因此该早期内容不再适用。
