Direct answer
Urticad Tech Limited is a UK company building independent digital products and digital-art trust infrastructure. Urticad is the parent company and publishing portal. Miharana is its focused digital-art project, in active development and limited public release.
Miharana is being built to connect artwork files with provenance evidence, creator authority, authorised renditions, lifecycle events, proportionate public verification and evidence-linked watermarking. These are not all generally available services today.

How the evidence model is intended to work
Provenance is evidence; permission is separate
A provenance record can document a file, creator assertion, source disclosure, approved rendition or intervention. A licence, deed or applicable agreement defines permission and rights. One does not replace the other.
Watermarks should lead to evidence
An invisible watermark can act as a resilient pointer, but invisible watermarking alone is not proof. Useful verification also needs signed records, stable identifiers, status, revocation and human-readable context.
Public verification should be proportionate
A public result should reveal enough evidence to support a decision while avoiding unnecessary exposure of master files, private identity data or security-sensitive details.
