1. Who is responsible
URTICAD TECH LTD is the controller of the purchase and licence-delivery information described here. Contact wangyal@urticad.com about purchases or privacy rights. This notice covers the separate Android edition sold through urticad.com. Your artwork remains on your device; see the app privacy policy for the app itself.
2. Information we use
Stripe handles checkout and payment details. We use your checkout email, order reference, product, amount, currency and payment, refund or dispute status to confirm payment and deliver your licence and APK link. Our delivery records contain the Stripe session reference, assigned licence, email, delivery and retry timestamps, email-provider message reference and delivery status. Email addresses and licence codes are encrypted in our delivery database. We do not receive your full payment-card number or your artworks.
If you ask for help, we use your message and the information needed to locate the purchase. Website and email providers also process technical information needed to secure and deliver their services, such as network addresses and delivery logs. A purchase does not create an app account or subscribe you to marketing.
3. Why we use it
We process the information needed to fulfil your purchase and provide licence support under our contract with you. We rely on legitimate interests to prevent fraud, resolve disputes and protect delivery reliability, and on legal obligations for required accounting records. A usable email address is necessary for automatic delivery. Payment verification is automated; contact us for human assistance if delivery fails or a payment is rejected.
4. Service providers and international processing
Stripe provides payment processing; Hostinger hosts the website and its database and backups; Cloudflare provides website delivery and security; Resend sends licence emails. Resend receives your email and the message containing your licence and download link. Providers may process information outside the UK, including in the United States. Stripe also uses payment information for its own regulatory and fraud-prevention purposes under its privacy policy.
For restricted international transfers, our providers’ standard data-processing terms include contractual safeguards, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses with the UK International Data Transfer Addendum where applicable. The terms are available from Stripe, Hostinger, Cloudflare and Resend; you can also contact us for information or copies of the applicable safeguards.
5. How long we keep it
We retain the purchase-to-licence record while needed to verify your continuing licence and provide replacement delivery or support. Delivery diagnostics and support messages are kept only while needed to resolve the issue and maintain reliable service. Relevant records may be retained longer where accounting law, a refund, dispute or legal claim requires it. The criteria are whether the licence still needs support, an issue remains unresolved or a legal retention obligation applies.
Protected backup copies may remain while needed for recovery and are not used for ordinary customer contact. Retention and deletion requests are reviewed against these purposes, including the effect on replacement licence delivery.
6. Your rights and questions
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your information, portability where applicable, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. These rights depend on the circumstances and legal requirements. We may need proportionate information to verify that the purchase is yours. Contact wangyal@urticad.com. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
We will update this notice and its date if the purchase-data process changes. The Creator terms describe the licence; this notice does not change those terms.

3. 使用目的与依据
我们依据与你的合同处理完成购买及提供授权支持所需的信息；依据合法利益防止欺诈、处理争议及保障交付可靠性；依据法律义务保留必要的会计记录。自动交付需要有效邮箱。付款核实由自动流程执行；若交付失败或付款被拒绝，可联系我们获取人工帮助。
4. 服务商与国际处理
Stripe 提供付款服务；Hostinger 托管网站、数据库和备份；Cloudflare 提供网站交付及安全服务；Resend 发送授权邮件。Resend 接收你的邮箱及包含授权码和下载链接的邮件。服务商可能在英国境外（包括美国）处理信息。Stripe 还会按其隐私政策将付款信息用于自身监管及反欺诈目的。
对于受限制的国际传输，服务商的标准数据处理条款包含合同保障措施，例如在适用情况下附加英国国际数据传输附录的欧盟标准合同条款。可查看 Stripe、Hostinger、Cloudflare 及 Resend 的条款，也可联系我们了解或索取适用保障措施的副本。
5. 保存期限
我们在核实持续有效的许可、重新交付或提供支持所需期间保留购买与授权的对应记录。交付诊断及客服来信只在解决问题和维护服务可靠性所需期间保留。若会计法律、退款、争议或法律请求需要，相关记录可能保留更长时间。判断标准包括许可是否仍需支持、问题是否尚未解决，以及是否存在法定保留义务。
受保护的备份副本可在恢复所需期间保留，不用于日常客户联络。我们按上述目的评估保存及删除请求，包括删除对补发授权码的影响。
6. 你的权利与问题
你可请求查阅、更正、删除或限制处理信息，在适用情况下请求数据可携带性，或反对基于合法利益的处理。权利取决于具体情况和法律要求。我们可能需要适度的信息核实购买属于你。请联系 wangyal@urticad.com。你也可向英国信息专员办公室投诉。
