Urticad Creator Privacy Policy

Summary: Creator makes and saves works on your device without a Urticad account. The app does not send artworks or saved works to us. Apple or Google handles store purchases; website purchases have a separate notice. System backups and destinations you choose when exporting are under your control.

1. Scope and controller

This policy covers Urticad Creator for Android (Google Play: com.urticad.miharana.creator; website APK: com.urticad.creator) and the native iOS/iPadOS 2.1 edition (com.urticad.miharana.creator). The iPhone and iPad edition is in development and is not yet available on the App Store. The app is made by URTICAD TECH LTD (company number 16542241), 61 Bridge Street, Kington, United Kingdom, HR5 3DJ. Contact: wangyal@urticad.com.

2. What the app does not collect

There is no account, sign-in or profile.
The app does not send your artworks, seeds, settings, saved works or exports to Urticad. They are generated and saved locally.
The app contains no advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs. We do not use it to build a profile of you.
There is no Urticad cloud sync, upload, submission or mint feature.

3. Local storage, backups and exports

Saved works and preferences are kept in the app’s private storage. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data removes that local storage; exported files outside it remain under your control. Urticad holds no copy of your works and cannot recover them for you.

On Android, exports are written to Pictures and Download folders at your request. On iPhone and iPad, you choose a destination using the system share sheet or Files. Saving to Photos requests add-only access when you choose that action, rather than access to browse your photo library. Export destinations, including cloud services or other apps you select, handle the files under their own policies.

The iOS app allows its local files to be included in system device backups. Apple may therefore store a backup according to your device and backup settings. This is separate from Urticad cloud sync. Android app backup is disabled. Copies in backups or exported folders are managed through those systems and are not deleted by deleting a work in Creator.

The artwork engine runs from bundled resources on the device, without sending render requests or artworks to a server. Store purchases, restoration, website links and destinations you choose for sharing may use a network connection.

4. Purchases and licence checks

Apple: Apple handles the Apple Account, billing and payment details under its App Store privacy notice. Creator uses StoreKit on the device to verify transactions and determine Complete entitlement. The app does not send these records to Urticad or give us your Apple Account identity or card details. Apple can provide sales, receipt and refund records that do not identify you personally.

Google Play: Google processes payment under its own terms and privacy policy; we do not see your card details. Google provides order records such as order number, product, date, country and amount for accounting, refunds and support.

Website Android edition: its licence code is checked offline on your device. Checkout, email delivery and order information are covered by Website Purchase Privacy. Website codes do not activate the iOS or Google Play edition.

5. Platform diagnostics and support

Apple or Google may make sales reports, aggregate usage statistics or crash diagnostics available according to their services and your sharing settings. Their platform processing is separate from an analytics SDK in Creator.

If you contact us, we receive the email, message and any files or diagnostic details you choose to send. We use them to answer your request and resolve problems, on the basis of our legitimate interest in support or to perform our contract with you. Do not send passwords, card details or a full licence code. We retain support information only as long as needed to resolve the request and meet applicable legal obligations; purchase records follow the applicable purchase notice.

6. Your choices and rights

You can manage local works, exports, backups and system permissions yourself. For personal information we hold, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. We do not sell personal data. Contact wangyal@urticad.com; you may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Apple and Google handle requests concerning data they control under their own policies.

3. 本地存储、备份与导出

收藏作品和设置保存在应用的私有存储中。卸载应用或清除应用数据会删除这些本地内容；位于应用存储之外的导出文件仍由你管理。Urticad 不保存作品副本，也无法替你恢复。

Android 版按你的要求把导出文件写入“图片”和“下载”文件夹。iPhone 和 iPad 版通过系统分享面板或“文件”让你选择目的地。保存到“照片”时，仅在你选择该操作时申请添加照片的权限，不申请浏览整个照片库。你选择的云服务或其他应用等导出目的地，按各自政策处理这些文件。

iOS 应用允许其本地文件进入系统设备备份，因此 Apple 可能按照你的设备和备份设置保存副本。这不属于 Urticad 云同步。Android 应用备份已禁用。备份和导出文件夹中的副本由对应系统管理，不会随你在 Creator 中删除作品而一并删除。

作品引擎使用设备上打包的资源，不向服务器发送渲染请求或作品。商店购买、恢复购买、网站链接以及你选择的分享目的地可能使用网络。

4. 购买与许可验证

Apple：Apple 按其 App Store 隐私说明处理 Apple 账户、账单和付款信息。Creator 在设备上使用 StoreKit 验证交易并判断 Complete 权益；应用不把这些记录发送给 Urticad，也不会向我们提供你的 Apple 账户身份或银行卡信息。Apple 可以提供不会识别你个人身份的销售、收据和退款记录。

Google Play：Google 按其自身条款和隐私政策处理付款，我们看不到银行卡信息。Google 提供订单号、商品、日期、国家/地区和金额等订单记录，用于记账、退款和支持。

网站 Android 版：授权码在设备上离线验证。结账、邮件发货和订单信息适用网站购买隐私说明。网站授权码不能激活 iOS 或 Google Play 版。

5. 平台诊断与客户支持

Apple 或 Google 可能按照其服务和你的共享设置提供销售报告、汇总使用统计或崩溃诊断。平台自身的数据处理不同于 Creator 内置分析 SDK。

如果你联系我们，我们会收到邮件、消息以及你主动发送的文件或诊断信息。我们基于提供支持的合法利益或履行与你的合同，用于答复请求和解决问题。请勿发送密码、银行卡信息或完整授权码。支持信息仅保留至解决请求及履行适用法定义务所需的时间；购买记录适用对应的购买隐私说明。

6. 你的选择与权利

你可以自行管理本地作品、导出文件、备份和系统权限。对于我们持有的个人信息，你可以在适用时请求访问、更正、删除、限制处理或可携带副本，也可反对基于合法利益的处理。我们不出售个人数据。请联系 wangyal@urticad.com；你也可以向英国信息专员办公室投诉。Apple 和 Google 按各自政策处理其控制的数据相关请求。
