Urticad Tech Limited (company number 16542241) is the controller for Creator Studio account and submission data.

Data we may handle

• account identifiers, login and subscription or quota status;
• artwork files and metadata only when you create, import or explicitly submit them;
• derived touch-interaction hashes and quality signals, not raw finger trajectories;
• consent, policy-version and review audit records;
• support messages and share-link or reward confirmations.

Why and how long

We use this data to provide creation, prevent abuse, enforce limits, review submissions, maintain evidence and respond to support. Retention periods are set by the applicable record and legal need; deletion requests may be limited where a sale, certificate, fraud record or legal obligation requires retention.

Sharing and choices

Data may be shared with Urticad-controlled services and vetted processors needed for hosting, authentication, support, moderation, analytics or delivery. We do not record raw touch paths. We do not sell personal data. You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction by contacting wangyal@urticad.com. Apple and Google may process data under their own platform disclosures.
