TradeMood Privacy Policy

1. Scope and controller

This policy explains how URTICAD TECH LTD (“Urticad”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use TradeMood, known as 心境交易 in Simplified Chinese, on iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch.

TradeMood is a trading-readiness and reflection tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, investment, or financial advice. Its scores do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

2. Information processed by TradeMood

2.1 Health data processed on your device

With your permission, TradeMood reads Apple HealthKit heart-rate-variability samples recorded as HRV SDNN. The current release requests up to the newest 96 samples from the previous seven days and orders them chronologically for calculation. It does not write data to Apple Health.

TradeMood calculates biological complexity (C_bio), market-to-biological complexity ratio (Omega), and readiness classifications locally on your device. Raw HealthKit samples and these derived values are not uploaded to Urticad, market-data providers, or advertising services.

2.2 Information stored locally

Files containing health-derived readings, journals, and Watch quick logs use iOS Data Protection, restrictive local permissions, and are excluded from iCloud Backup. TradeMood does not currently provide cloud sync. Ordinary preferences and session counters may be included in an encrypted Apple device backup according to your Apple settings.

iPhone and Apple Watch exchange the current state, limited metrics, session commands, language choice, and quick-log events through Apple’s WatchConnectivity framework. This exchange is between your paired devices and is not a Urticad cloud service.

2.3 Market-complexity request

TradeMood makes a read-only HTTPS GET request to api.urticad.com/api/v1/complexity/mkt. The request contains the selected market symbol, currently defaulting to SPY, and receives market complexity (C_mkt). It does not send HealthKit data, C_bio, Omega, journal content, or session content, and it includes no TradeMood account identifier because the app has no account system.

The market service uses historical SPY data from HF Data Library, cited as Elkassabgi, A. (2026), HF Data Library: Free 1-Minute Intraday U.S. Equity Data, Zenodo, doi:10.5281/zenodo.19501605, under CC BY 4.0. Post-March 2022 bars may be derived from IEX market data. Data provided for free by IEX. By accessing or using IEX Historical Data, you agree to the IEX Historical Data Terms of Use.

Network infrastructure must process an IP address, request time, path, and standard headers to route and protect a request. The TradeMood Worker does not write this information to its application database or combine it with HealthKit, journals, or sessions. Cloudflare may process and retain limited network or security logs under its infrastructure settings and policies. This information is used to deliver and secure the service, not for advertising or tracking.

2.4 Purchases, notifications, and support

Apple processes App Store purchases and payment details. TradeMood uses StoreKit product and verified entitlement status to unlock features; Urticad does not receive payment-card details. Local notifications are scheduled by iOS according to your choices.

If you contact support, Urticad receives the email address, message, and any screenshots or diagnostics you choose to provide. Do not include Health data unless it is necessary and you intend to share it.

3. Purposes and legal bases

You may refuse or withdraw Health permission in Apple Health or system privacy settings. This stops future reads and dependent calculations without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.

4. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell or rent personal data. TradeMood does not share HealthKit data, C_bio, Omega, journals, sessions, or debrief content with Urticad or third parties.

• Apple provides HealthKit, WatchConnectivity, StoreKit, local notifications, device backup controls, and App Store distribution under Apple’s terms.
• Cloudflare hosts and protects the market-complexity API and may process limited network and security information needed to serve the request.
• HF Data Library and IEX supply historical market data to Urticad’s server-side process. TradeMood sends them no HealthKit, journal, session, or Omega data.
• Legal requirements may require disclosure of information Urticad actually holds when lawfully required or needed to protect users, services, or legal rights.

5. Tracking, analytics, and advertising

TradeMood includes no advertising SDKs, third-party analytics, or cross-app tracking. It does not request Apple’s advertising identifier. We do not use HealthKit data or app content for advertising, marketing profiles, or data-broker activity.

6. Retention and deletion

• HealthKit samples: remain under your Apple Health settings; TradeMood reads them when calculating and does not upload a copy.
• Protected local records: remain until you delete an available journal item or remove the app. Removing the app deletes its local container but does not delete records held in Apple Health.
• Market requests: are not retained in the Worker’s application database. Cloudflare may retain limited network and security logs for its configured operational period.
• Support records: may be retained while a case is active and for up to 24 months after resolution for quality, security, and dispute handling, then deleted or anonymised unless law requires longer retention.
• Purchase records: are retained by Apple under Apple’s policies. TradeMood can restore verified entitlement status from Apple.

Urticad cannot retrieve or delete HealthKit, Omega, journal, or session information it never receives. For information Urticad holds, email wangyal@urticad.com with the subject “Data Request”.

7. Your choices and rights

• Grant, refuse, review, or revoke HealthKit read access.
• Control notifications in TradeMood and iOS Settings.
• Delete individual journal entries where the app provides that control, or remove the app to delete its local container.
• Ask to access, correct, restrict, object to, or delete information Urticad actually holds.

Depending on your location, you may also have rights to portability, withdrawal of consent, and a complaint to a supervisory authority. UK users may contact the Information Commissioner’s Office. Urticad does not sell or share TradeMood data for cross-context behavioural advertising.

8. Security and international processing

TradeMood uses Apple’s sandbox and permissions, HTTPS, platform signing, iOS Data Protection, restrictive file permissions, and backup exclusions for protected local records. Protect your device with a passcode and current software. Limited market-service or support information may be processed outside your country; where required, Urticad relies on an adequacy decision, contractual safeguards, or another lawful mechanism.

9. Children and policy changes

TradeMood is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect children’s information through the app. We may update this policy when app processing, providers, or legal requirements change. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice for material changes where required.

2. 心境交易处理的信息

2.1 设备本地的健康数据处理

经您授权，心境交易读取 Apple HealthKit 中以 HRV SDNN 记录的心率变异性样本。当前版本读取过去七天内最新的最多 96 个样本，并按时间顺序用于计算；应用不会向 Apple 健康写入数据。

生物复杂度（C_bio）、市场与生物复杂度之比（Omega）及准备度分类均在您的设备上计算。原始 HealthKit 样本及这些衍生值不会上传至 Urticad、市场数据提供商或广告服务。

2.2 本地存储

近期 Omega 读数、C_bio、C_mkt、时间与状态分类，日志、标签、保存的快照、Apple Watch 快捷记录，以及会话计数和应用偏好均保存在设备上。包含健康衍生读数、日志和 Watch 快捷记录的文件使用 iOS 数据保护和严格本地权限，并排除在 iCloud 备份之外。

心境交易目前不提供云同步。普通偏好和会话计数可能依照您的 Apple 设置进入加密的 Apple 设备备份。iPhone 与已配对的 Apple Watch 通过 Apple WatchConnectivity 交换当前状态、有限指标、会话指令、语言选择和快捷记录；这不是 Urticad 云服务。

2.3 市场复杂度请求

心境交易向 api.urticad.com/api/v1/complexity/mkt 发送只读 HTTPS GET 请求。请求只包含所选市场代码（当前默认为 SPY），并接收市场复杂度 C_mkt；不会发送 HealthKit 数据、C_bio、Omega、日志或会话内容，也不会包含心境交易账户标识，因为应用没有账户系统。

市场服务使用 HF Data Library 的历史 SPY 数据；引用为 Elkassabgi, A. (2026), HF Data Library: Free 1-Minute Intraday U.S. Equity Data, Zenodo, doi:10.5281/zenodo.19501605，采用 CC BY 4.0。2022 年 3 月后的数据可能源自 IEX 市场数据。Data provided for free by IEX. 网络基础设施必须处理 IP 地址、请求时间、路径和标准请求头，才能路由并保护请求。TradeMood Worker 不会把这些信息写入应用数据库，也不会与 HealthKit、日志或会话结合。Cloudflare 可能依其基础设施设置和政策处理并保留有限的网络或安全日志；这些信息仅用于提供和保护服务，不用于广告或跟踪。

2.4 购买、通知与客服

Apple 处理 App Store 购买和付款详情。心境交易仅通过 StoreKit 读取产品及经验证的权益状态，Urticad 不会收到支付卡详情。本地通知由 iOS 按您的选择安排。您联系客服时，Urticad 会收到您主动提供的邮箱、消息、截图或诊断信息；除非确有必要且您有意分享，请勿包含健康数据。

3. 目的与法律依据

设备本地 HealthKit 处理用于提供您主动请求的准备度功能，并以您的明确健康权限为基础；在英国 GDPR 适用时，依据第 6(1)(a) 条和第 9(2)(a) 条同意。应用本地记录与偏好用于提供功能并记住选择。市场请求和必要的技术处理用于交付并安全运营服务。客服处理用于回应您的请求和保护合法权利。

您可在 Apple 健康或系统隐私设置中拒绝或撤回健康权限。撤回后应用将停止未来读取及相关计算，不影响撤回前已完成的处理。

4. 共享与服务提供商

我们不会出售或出租个人数据。心境交易不会与 Urticad 或第三方共享 HealthKit 数据、C_bio、Omega、日志、会话或复盘内容。

• Apple：提供 HealthKit、WatchConnectivity、StoreKit、本地通知、设备备份控制和 App Store 分发。
• Cloudflare：托管并保护市场复杂度 API，并可能处理交付请求所需的有限网络与安全信息。
• HF Data Library 与 IEX：向 Urticad 的服务器端流程提供历史市场数据；心境交易不会向其发送健康、日志、会话或 Omega 数据。
• 法律要求：在法律要求或保护用户、服务与合法权利所需时，我们可能披露 Urticad 实际持有的信息。

5. 跟踪、分析与广告

心境交易不含广告 SDK、第三方分析或跨应用跟踪，也不请求 Apple 广告标识符。我们不会把 HealthKit 数据或应用内容用于广告、营销画像或数据经纪活动。

6. 保留与删除

• HealthKit 样本：由您的 Apple 健康设置管理；心境交易在计算时读取，但不上传副本。
• 受保护的本地记录：保留至您删除应用提供删除功能的日志项目，或删除应用。删除应用会删除其本地容器，但不会删除 Apple 健康中的记录。
• 市场请求：不会保存在 Worker 的应用数据库中；Cloudflare 可能按其配置的运营期限保留有限网络和安全日志。
• 客服记录：可在问题处理期间及解决后最长 24 个月保留，用于质量、安全和争议处理，之后删除或匿名化，法律要求更长时间的除外。
• 购买记录：由 Apple 按其政策保留；心境交易可从 Apple 恢复经验证的权益状态。

Urticad 无法检索或删除从未收到的 HealthKit、Omega、日志或会话信息。针对 Urticad 实际持有的信息，请以“数据请求”为主题发送邮件至 wangyal@urticad.com。

7. 您的选择与权利

您可授权、拒绝、检查或撤回 HealthKit 读取权限；在心境交易和 iOS 设置中管理通知；删除应用支持删除的单条日志，或删除应用以移除其本地容器；也可请求访问、更正、限制、反对或删除 Urticad 实际持有的信息。

根据所在地区，您还可能享有数据可携带、撤回同意及向监管机构投诉等权利。英国用户可联系 英国信息专员办公室。Urticad 不会为跨情境行为广告出售或共享心境交易数据。

8. 安全与跨境处理

心境交易使用 Apple 沙盒与权限、HTTPS、平台签名、iOS 数据保护、严格文件权限及受保护本地记录的备份排除。请为设备设置密码并保持系统更新。有限的市场服务或客服信息可能在您所在国家或地区之外处理；在法律要求时，我们采用充分性决定、合同保障或其他合法机制。

9. 儿童与政策更新

心境交易面向成年人，不以 16 岁以下儿童为目标。我们不会通过应用故意收集儿童信息。应用处理、服务商或法律要求变化时，我们可能更新本政策，并更新生效日期；重大变化会在法律要求时另行通知。
