These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and Urticad Tech Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the ILR Tracker mobile application ("App", "Application", "Service").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download, install, or use the App.
You must be at least 16 years old (UK/EU) or 13 years old (US) to use this App. If you are under the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
ILR Tracker is a personal travel tracking application designed to help users monitor their time spent inside and outside the United Kingdom for the purpose of tracking compliance with Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) residency requirements.

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Urticad Tech Ltd and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not:
All your travel data is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your personal travel records unless you explicitly share them with us for support purposes.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it carefully.
You may export your data at any time using the App's export features.
While we implement reasonable safeguards, we are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, App deletion, operating system issues, or user error. We strongly recommend regularly exporting and backing up your data.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Subject to the above, our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred pounds sterling (£100), whichever is greater.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, or any immigration-related consequences including visa refusals or loss of immigration status.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Urticad Tech Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or any immigration decisions related to your use of the App.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device and cancelling any active subscriptions.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your license to use the App terminates. Sections 3 (Disclaimers), 9 (Limitation of Liability), 10 (Indemnification), and 12 (Governing Law) survive termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. EU users may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us. If unresolved within 30 days, either party may pursue binding arbitration. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit.
You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Urticad Tech Ltd only, not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
Your use of this App is also subject to the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA).
The license granted to you is limited to a non-transferable license to use the App on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.
Urticad Tech Ltd, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability claims, legal compliance claims, and intellectual property infringement claims.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
If you downloaded this App from Google Play, your use is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the applicable app store terms, the app store terms shall prevail for that platform.
